will never stop clickin' in year 2014

PHOTOGRAPHY is still my passion for year 2014.

Going back on the onset of year 2013,  twelve of my photos were featured on 2013's calendar of St. John the Baptist Parish in my hometown – Liliw, Laguna

It was nice to know that my photos were displayed in every home in my little town.

I was so busy during the first, second and third quarter of the year. However, I never stopped taking photos. I still traveled and enjoyed the scenery in every places I went to.

Friday, October 11, 2013, my photo was chosen as one of the best in "Weekend in Black & White Challenge: The New Home for Monochrome Maniacs"

Last quarter of the year 2013, I came across a Manila Bulletin newspaper . An invite to submit sample photos caught my attention. Immediately I gave in and secretly wished that my photo be chosen.

October 29,  my photo was featured at Manila Bulletin, "Picture Perfect Section"

Fast forward to the last month of the year . . .

December 24, my photo was again featured at Manila Bulletin, "Picture Perfect Section"

HOWEVER, there was a typographical error because someone else's name was placed under my photo,

A week after, December 31st, 2013 it was featured again with my name finally placed under it.

What a good way to end the year.

I will be taking more photos this year 2014. I will find more interesting people, events and places to shoot. I will still use my old reliable Nikon D3000.

During the latter part of the year, I started taking photos using my iphone5. HOWEVER,  with the New Year, I will also start taking photos using my Go Pro. i  might also start doing some videos soon.

YOU have been so good to me . . .  year 2013.

*you allowed me to go to new and different places.

*you let me do things I never tried before.

* you let me continue doing that thing I so love to do.

*you introduced me to new people.

*you showered me with blessings.

*you reconnected me to old friends.

*you let others believe in my talent.

*you've proven that "life is a party"

*you also showed me how to slow down and relax.

and I am quite sure that  year 2014 will be a better one for  me.
I am ready to embrace you year 2014...!
bring it on.!
