Boxing at the Ringside

Boxing is good because it promotes self-discipline, self-esteem and create skills in self-defense. This is the kind of work out that I also enjoy doing because it helps me sleep better.



Each session of boxing can burn up to 1000 calories for about an hour. That is the exact reason why a lot of people now are into this type of sports.









I found it very exciting. It gives me an adrenaline rush. It was  a totally different experience. My session consists of skipping rope, abdominal exercises, shadow boxing, speed ball, hitting the mitts and the bag.





I was always being reminded to stay focused. Discipline is really much needed. I was advised to be determined and should have an insatiable hunger to improve myself physically.  





Try boxing. You might like it. It might be the kind of fitness exercise that will fit you.
